Privacy Policy
This policy describes how FL STUDIO handles information in Ramyeon Timer, why it is used, and how it can be removed.
1. Cooking information stored on your device
The app stores your selected product, favorites and their order, recent cooking records, product-specific cooking times, noodle preferences and egg reminders, sound, vibration and language settings, and the current timer in app storage on your device. This information helps prepare your next cooking session and restore settings and remaining time when you reopen the app.
The current test version has no account registration, sign-in, advertising or analytics SDK, or developer-operated data collection server. The app does not send this cooking information to FL STUDIO servers or advertising or analytics services.
2. Microphone and speech recognition
If you choose voice controls, the app requests microphone permission. It uses on-device Korean speech recognition on supported Android devices to process commands such as “조리 시작” (start cooking) and “알림 꺼” (stop the alert). Listening is brief and begins when you tap the microphone or when a voice-started session completes while the app remains open on screen. Recognition stops during cooking and when the app leaves the foreground.
The app does not save recordings or recognized phrases in files or cooking history and does not send them to a developer server. Recognized text is used in memory to process the current command. You can change microphone permission in Android settings.
3. Notifications and device permissions
The app uses notification permission, permission to schedule exact alarms, and vibration to notify you when to add an egg and when cooking finishes. The product name and scheduled time are passed to the device notification system. Components also support restoring scheduled notifications after a device restart or app update. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
4. Android backup and device transfer
Settings and cooking records may be included in operating system backup, restore, or device transfer according to your Android settings. Backups follow the services and settings provided by Google or your device manufacturer. FL STUDIO cannot access your operating system backup copies.
The operating system may restore records after reinstallation or transfer to another device. Manage retention and deletion of backup copies through the relevant service settings and policies.
5. Retention, protection, and deletion
Cooking records and settings remain in the app until you change or delete them. They are protected by Android app storage and operating system access controls. The app does not add its own file encryption.
Use Android Settings → Apps → Ramyeon Timer → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app to remove app data from your device. Menu names vary by device. Manage operating system backups separately.
6. Email support
If you email us, we use your sender email address, message, and attachments you provide to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Email is processed through Gmail. We retain correspondence as needed for the request and follow-up, then delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to any legally required retention period.
Contact the address above for privacy requests, including access, correction, or deletion. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Website and external services
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process visitor IP addresses and request information for delivery and security. FL STUDIO uses no advertising or visitor analytics tools, account registration, or contact forms on this website. Fonts and images are served from this website.
Manufacturer links open external websites. Google Play installation and updates, email processing, and website delivery follow the respective service provider policies.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this page and its effective date when app features or data handling change. Updates are available here or through an app notice.
